The manufacturers have a reliable and convenient way to reduce their unwanted inventory and our customers benefit by having access to brand name new hot tubs at tremendous savings. ThermoSpas has contracts with all Brand New Spas sold direct from manufacturers to acquire parts for warranty and service. This allows Hot Tub Discounts the ability to offer our own direct warranty. When you click on a specific model it will give you a general idea of the warranty a more detailed warranty is available once a spa is on hold with a fully refundable deposit. All direct sales from other manufacturers are purchased and warranted directly by Hot Tub Discounts.
CONSIGNMENT SALES VIA RETAIL DEALERS: Hot Tub Discounts also works many Retail Dealers throughout the country to assist them in selling slow moving spas that they may have in their warehouse or on their showroom floor. These are new spas but that may have cosmetic scuffs or scrapes. We do all that is possible to convey the information to our customers as it has been provided to us but the responsibility of the warranty and the accuracy of the information is the responsibility of the local Dealer. All Consignment Sales via retail dealers are purchased and warranted directly by the local Dealer. Upon providing a fully refundable deposit Hot Tub Discounts will put you in direct contact with the local Dealer that owns the hot tub for you to determine whether you wish to proceed forward on the purchase.

Factory Seconds/ B-Unit Hot Tubs Warranty
During the manufacturing process every manufacturer creates Factory Seconds. These hot tubs have one or more blemishes which prohibits the manufacturer from selling or representing this product as an “A” unit. A Factory Second is a new hot tub that has never been sold and delivered to a consumer and are referred to in the industry as a “B” unit. It sometimes is used in a catalogue photo shoot or for demonstration purposes.
Blemishes are cosmetic only and appear either on the acrylic shell or the exterior cabinetry. The blemishes DO NOT affect the structural warranty of either the spa or its internal components.
ThermoSpas Factory Seconds come with a full structural shell warranty, along with the standard warranty on all supplied components. The only part of the warranty excluded is on the cosmetic surface of the shell and the cabinet. |

Pre-Owned Hot Tubs
Refurbished hot tubs are previously owned hot tubs that Hot Tub Discounts has received from a third party. Refurbished hot tub shells have been cleaned and their plumbing has been flushed and sanitized. These units are inspected and parts replaced when necessary, water tested, made fully operational, and inspected and approved to show no visible leaks. Hot Tub Discounts offers both “Certified” and “Non-Certified” hot tubs.
What Determines a “Certified” Refurbished Hot Tub?
Hot Tub Service only sells refurbished hot tubs that have been tested not to leak; repairs are done when and if necessary. A spa becomes “Certified” when the spa's internal plumbing is exposed so that our technician that can determine that there are no undetectable leaks. “Non-Certified” Refurbished hot tubs are those hot tubs whose plumbing is not visible for inspection. These are spas manufactured with “full foam” or “partial foam” insulation. A slow leak may surface in a fully foamed hot tub sometimes hours, days, and even months after it is filled with water. For this reason we cannot certify that these hot tubs, even though they are operational and visibly not leaking.
“Certified” hot tubs come with a 90 DAY PARTS WARRANTY and “Non-Certified” hot tubs come with no warranty. Neither is available with a labor warranty but Hot Tub Service is available for warranty at our standard service rates.
