If you currently own a hot tub and simply need to replace your cover, Hot Tub Discounts can custom produce a cover for virtually any size or shape hot tub and ship anywhere in the world. The most important first step is to properly measure your hot tub (length, width, and corner dimensions) so that the cover we build fits your hot tub. If you need help our customer care representatives can provide you assistance, we even make available a large plastic template to help assure accuracy. Ordering a Cover with your Spa
Covers provide safety and save energy so they are a necessary and important component of your spa. For these reasons, Hot Tub Discounts includes a cover on all spas ordered. The prices listed below are for covers sold separately. We also offer optional cover upgrades on some models. Ask a representative for pricing and availablility on cover upgrades. When you call remember to ask our representative if there are any over stocked covers available at a discounted price that will fit the spa you are ordering.
Non UL approved covers provide heat retention in mild weather climates, assist in keeping the water clean and prohibit water evaporation. These covers are not approved for adequate weight load so it is required to make certain spas utilizing these covers are surrounded by a safety fence to prevent children and pets from breaking through
These are the typical covers included as standard many spa manufacturers. They meet UL and ASTM approvals for safety and include locking straps with locking mechanisms to prevent unwanted entry. Their design offers adequate protection for up to 150 lbs of weight load preventing small children and pets from breaking the cover and falling into the water.
This is the typically designed cover that is often sold as an upgrade on a new spa purchase or the normal cover sold to customers purchasing a replacement cover. The Genesis cover exceeds all safety standards, holds nearly twice the weight load of a UL listed cover, is more energy efficient, and will last longer than the typical standard cover on the market.

It will hold up to 550 lbs of weight, and far exceeds all energy efficiency and safety standards provided by any competitive spa cover.
